Math Drills App Reviews
Great practice
Great for my first grader to practice and a nice review for me.
Just what we needed!
This is just what we needed to help our 6th grader who is struggling in math.
My daughter has really benefited from using this to review her times tables. I just would like to see the range of numbers (especially for addition and subtraction) increased beyond 9 or 12 to maybe 100 or so. But within its limits, this is great.
I been looking for somthing like this.
I got this for my 7 year old. and he is great at math already, but now he will be 10 times good.
I just downloaded this app. I think it is well designed, provides great feedback and is very beneficial for kids learning their math facts. I think it needs a much broader range of numbers. I really hope they will provide this on an upgrade...Id give it 5 stars if the number range were much wider.
Well thought-out variable controls which help the parent make it fun. Lets face it, no fun = no learning. The number line is terribly smart, and begs the question, why havent I found more apps using it like this one and Khan Academy? The Audio functionally is so cool. My almost 2 year old loves to watch and listen to her 4 year old sister run through addition and subtraction tables. No distractions, no clicking, or selecting, or out of sync audio tracks to distract my daughter. In the beginning it was, reluctantly, IXL. An uninspiring, frankly uninspired, depressingly sad web based system. Then I stumbled upon Khan, which throws IXL back to the standards and creativity on par with 1972 ATARI Pong - no intent to besmirch the game gods Nolan and Ted. Then occasionally, small gifts come my way like this little program. The Karma thing is real man. I hope this teem isn’t taking business governance notes from Kajagoogoo. Theres real talent evident here. The parents I know get the seriousness of our competitive disadvantage, and they can’t bankroll an offshore boarding school at 60k per year where their kids at least have a fighting chance at educational parity.
Fun way to review Math
This makes math fun. Glad I purchased it. Excellent review and learning tool.
My son likes working with this program to practice his math. I like the ability to tailor the problems to meet his needs, but as mentioned in other reviews there is a limited range. I keep hoping that an update would be released so that addition and subtraction up to at least 20 would be possible. Stopping at 18 seems a rather odd. For me it was a good value because it got my son practicing his math. He needed the extra practice. I would only recommend it for those that need extra help.
This would be a great application if the feedback would have an option to not just say “Incorrect” but provide the correct answer. My daughter stop using the application because although she new she was wrong, she did not know what the right answer was. Other than that, this has 5 star potential.
Nice Program but limited

One of my daughters favorites!

Great app, except need bigger range of numbers
